ParalleloZero was founded in 2007 by Alessandro Gandolfi, Sergio Ramazzotti, Davide Scagliola and Bruno Zanzottera, four Italian photojournalists specializing in reportage. Throughout the years, the agency has been joined by fresh photographers and has broadened its professional horizon, concentrating on the production of in-depth feature stories. Today, ParalleloZero syndicates some of the most original and powerful views of international photojournalism, offering through its website a wide database of high-impact single images and reportages, always accompanied by journalistic texts, informative files and comprehensive captions. Our mission is to keep the world under constant scrutiny, by keeping on travelling and telling the many stories that it hides, and dismantling the stereotypes that prevent us from seeing it as it really is. In doing our job, we use long years of field experience, all of our narrative force, our journalistic sensibility and, most of all, the conviction that the world we live in can still surprise, move and excite us.
