The challenge: telling the story of how a multinational like Enel, one of the world’s largest utilities, has decided to revolutionise its business model by completely converting to renewable energy, and concentrating on customer-centricity, the circular economy and reaching the UN’s 17 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). We decided to leave the storytelling to the Enel employees themselves. Our role was to provide a detailed set of questions, quality camera work, and to choose the interviewees carefully. We then had long conversations with them, and gave them all the time they needed to relax in front of the camera. In this way we were able to show their pride in working for this company and to communicate with a single, extremely spontaneous message, which was created by mixing all the voices.
Building Up a Reputation
A great company seen through the eyes of its people
